The study was conducted to find ocular fundus changes in women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, and the correlation severity for hypertension, age, parity A prospective observational a tertiary eye care hospital at Hyderabad, Telangana from 12/10/2020 14/07/2021, among total 150 patients hypertension pregnancy hospital. detailed history taken, examination is done. were examined. Fundus are seen 31 patients. mean age 25.48 years. Patients Retinal 20.66%. grade – 1 retinopathy 13.53, 2 5.33%, 3 0.66%, 4 1.33%. In present there significant between retinal p=0.0000005 Hypertension P =0.0000001.the not p=0.16. Ocular has its importance course as if increases can be retina which indicate harm baby mother it will helpful termination pregnancy. Pregnant advised go screening eyes also regular checkups.
